Return & Refund Policy
curasan Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of product integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance. Due to the nature of medical devices, strict return limitations apply.
General Policy
As a general rule, curasan Inc. does not accept returns of medical devices once they have been shipped to customers.
All sales are considered final upon shipment, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where a return is expressly authorized by curasan Inc.
Exceptional Return Authorization
Returns may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and require prior written authorization from curasan Inc.
Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Credit Notes and Refunds
If a return is approved, the issuance of any credit note, refund, or financial adjustment related to returned products requires explicit approval from curasan Inc.
curasan Inc. reserves the right to determine the form of compensation, which may include:
- Credit toward future purchases
- Partial credit
- Replacement product
Return Request Requirements
Customers requesting a return must submit a written request including:
- Order number
- Product identification (e.g., product name, item number, or SKU)
- Quantity of the product requested for return
- Reason for the return request
- Supporting documentation, where applicable (e.g., photos, shipment damage reports, or quality documentation)
Incomplete requests may delay or prevent processing.
Condition of Returned Products
If a return is authorized, products must meet the conditions specified in the return authorization. curasan Inc. reserves the right to inspect returned products prior to issuing any credit or replacement.
Products that have been:
- opened,
- used,
- altered, or
- otherwise compromised
may be rejected at the sole discretion of curasan Inc. Regulatory and Safety Considerations
Because curasan Inc. distributes medical devices, returns may be restricted in order to comply with quality control, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Return Request Submission
All return requests must be submitted approved before any product is returned to curasan Inc.
Unauthorized returns may be rejected or returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
